Quantity is good, but quality of followers is even more important.. Getting many followers with the use of an automated tool may cause you more harm since Twitter can ban your account, and you lose everything. Most of the business users are spending time on Twitter to engage with their current followers as well as attracting new followers...in that manner, the followers are more relevant and more inclined to buy your artwork..just my 2cents.
