Go to the far right at the top of your page and click "Account".
The dropdown bar has Settings. Choose Application Settings.
You can then go in and delete/limit your settings on all apps you've added.

On the left it will say "News Feed Messages, Events, Photos, Friends, and Applications" under that it will have them all and YOU just highlight it and a X will come up on the left of it, Click on it and it will be gone.
