Is it illegal to put a picture of someone you dont know on facebook as your profile picture?
I saw this really creepy looking sexual predator and i thought it would be funny to put it as my facebook profile picture. Is this illegal?

no its not cuz everyone is allowed to put whatever pictuer they wanna put!
and it dosent harm anyone......so wy not!!
