How do I get it so that it will notify me when someone mentions me on twitter?

I'm just wondering how do I get it so that it will email me anytime someone @____s me on twitter? It emails me if someone follows me or direct messages me but not if someone mentions me. Half the time I don't notice someone mentioned me until I look at their page later on. Is it possible? I've looked in settings and stuff... thanks

It is currently not possible.
Although if you use the official iphone or other smart phone app it usualy has a tab that will alert you if you have a new Mention

I also use a windows sidebar gadget twitter app that lights up if i have a mention..
