if youre posting to the groups wall or commenting ona post thats on the groups page then YES everyone thats in that group will be able to see your post or comment but if your in a group and ur posting something to your profile&NOT the group then(depending on ur settings) only ur friends will be able to see it.

if group is open than everyone can see it.. and if its on privacy than only the members if the group can see it..

Members of the groups are the ones who can see the posts.
