Is the following English statement correct grammatically?
Hello everybody,

I want to post an English statement in the Facebook group that includes me and the other colleagues. One of my colleagues is English so I have to write that post in English. Since English is my second language, I am not sure about what I am going to post.
So could you please help me in reviewing and modifying it (if required)?

STATEMENT:

Hi everybody,

The weekend is coming, so let us start planning for it. What about getting together in Thursday morning or afternoon for one hour or more in one of the coffee shops or restaurants to talk to each other and then watching a movie or doing something else?

Let us share our opinions here.

For me, I am free all the day and I don't mind to meet.

Let's start planning now for the upcoming weekend. We could meet for an hour Thursday at a coffee shop or restaurant and, then, go to a movie or something. What do you think? I'm free all day Thursday.
