It happened the same to me. But now I've learnt. You can twitter about anything. You'll learn. Oh, and it's like facebook too.

Comprehensive support and help centers are vital in keeping online communities running smoothly. Using Twitter's help center, users are able to search for and read about common concerns and questions as well as report problems. To augment the help center, the support profile keeps users up-to-date on new developments via real time tweets. The support profile also allows users to send direct messages to the support staff to address concerns not answered in the help center. If you find yourself needing guidance within the "Twitterverse," rest assured help is just a few clicks away.

Difficulty:Easy Instructions

1
Navigate to Twitter's support page (support.twitter.com). Key in the URL to go directly to the page or, if you're signed into your Twitter account, click on your screen name in the top-right corner and select "Help."

2
Decide on the nature of your concern. Twitter provides three support category options: "Twitter basics," "Something's not working" and "Report a Violation."

3
Click on the "View All" button within the support category of your choice.

4
Use the input field in the top-right area of the page to key in a specific question if you wish to skip searching through the available topics.

5
Click on the appropriate search result for detailed information regarding your query.

6
Navigate to your home screen on Twitter and click the "Messages" link on the top bar of the page. Send a direct message to "@support" to resolve any issues or concerns not addressed in the help center.

You usually tweet about yourself or like what you are doing. It is better for businesses and/or celebrities. I have a business so I use twitter. Twitter is outrageously boring and you will get tired of it faster than facebook. I recommend you don't use twitter especially if you don't have a business, fans, and you're not a celebrity.
