How to take a Facebook profile picture using a portait orientation?
I want to take a photo to use as my Facebook profile picture and wish to have the photo in portrait orientation, but whenever I take the photo with the camera in a portrait position,it always comes out as landscape, with my photo sideways!! What am I doing wrong?

It sounds as though your camera does not automatically orient the pictures to be correct. This issue can be easily addressed after you have loaded the images onto your computer. Go through all of the images, and whichever ones are laying down on their side, right click them and rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise. If you have multiple images that need to be turned the SAME way, then press the CTRL key while selecting the images, and then rotate them all to be clockwise or counterclockwise.

I see so many people with images like this loaded onto Facebook.... It does get annoying!
