Talk to him. Im a 17 year old guy and i prefer when a girl talks first or initiates a convo. Most guys have low self esteem too. And would like to know a girl talks to them over the 15 or more guys who text them on a daily basis. Guys like to feel special too. Most girls have become stubborn and snobby in this sense. Refusing to talk first. Honestly, leading guys to believe they dont want them and making them feel like they need someone else. (cheating)
