Can Facebook friends see what websites you visit?
For example, if I'm on Facebook at the same time as YouTube, can my facebook friends tell that I'm on YouTube? What about if I am logged out of my account, can my friends still tell what websites I visit?

No. Unless the site has a Facebook plugin that asks you for permission, that would be a violation of your privacy.
