How do you make a GIF your background on Twitter?
It won't work when I tried to upload it as just a GIF image, but it tells me the image can't be animated. What do I do?

I am sorry to disappoint, but animated Twitter backgrounds are impossible, although you can have an animated GIF as your profile picture.
