Help with a clever twitter name?

My niece, Kara, was looking to change her twitter name. All of her friends have clever ones playing off of their names. She was looking for a name such as maskara (mascara), karamel (caramel), or karasel (carousel). I was wondering if anybody could elaborate on those ideas or suggest some completely new clever ones? The name can be based off of a celebrity, something that rhymes with her name, a song, a saying, or anything to be honest. But she would like her name (Kara) to be in the twitter name.
