How can I hide my groups and pages info on facebook ?

maybe i'm kind of unsociable, i don't want my facebook friends to see the groups and pages i've joined, cuz i'd like those things known only by my real friends!!
i didn't see anywhere to hide them in privacy settings, would you please help me?

thank you so much, i know how to hide groups.but how about the page, of which i am a fan??

if you are shamed of a group you are in then why did you join it? and who cares what other people think. you cna't hide your groups and the only way to hide your info is to erase all of it.

go to the my groups page and then when you click on settings, you will see a link for group settings.. when you click that on the pop up you can decide who can see what groups you are part of or join...
