You Cant Do That The Only Thing you Can Do is Restrict the Photo so they Cant See it Anytime you Change your Picture it will Show up on the News Feed that they did it If you Dont Want them to See your Picture Quickly Change the Privacy Settings Everytime you Change your Profile Picture
