Facebook tagging privacy question?

Basically: Say I have my privacy settings set as Friends, and i post a photo where i tag a friend. Obviously our mutual friends will see it, but will the friends of the friend that i tagged who are not on my friends list see it? So, I understand they cant see the rest of the photos in an album, but what about the photos where the person is tagged?

It's just I am considered "limiting the audience for past posts", but I want friends of friends to see pics where their friend is tagged (not the other ones though, otherwise i'd set all the settings to friends of friends).

I'm pretty sure only your friend and mutual friends can see the picture.
