Why do some people still don't have facebook timeline?

Like the question asks. Because like didn't facebook say they were gonna implement all facebook users to use facebook timeline. This was like last year, saying "by this year, assuming at the start of the year, that all facebook users willl be forced to use facebook"

Why is that in April of 2012, some people are still using the old facebook profile?
But the makes of Facebook said they would force every user to use Facebook timeline at a certain time, has that time not come yet?

it depends on you if you want time line then add to your profile or else use old profile.....
