How do you add uploaded vidoes of yourself on your facebook profile?

You know how there are the "friends" or the "information" section on the side of your facebook profile? i was wondering if you could add a "video" section? is that possible?
the video is already upoloaded. i just need to make it so its permanently on my profile.

its called connect to computer, go to facebook go to upload video, click on browse pick your file, click upload. And watch the video of the idiot that couldn't upload the video.

yes there is..just click on "+" sign when you click on your profile..
click on video, i think you have to install something before you can upload a video..just install it..then, click upload and follow instruction..

When you go to profile there is an option available below "share" option. Go there you can upload a video of 20 minutes and 1024 MB in size.
