How to stop spamming on Facebook Friends' profile?

I clicked on a link and said O.K. to the publishing to my friends but I thought it would be manually, now it sends out the link to my friends randomly?

Change your password. That's actually all you need to do, works every time.

You can change your privacy settings under settings on facebook.

Click Account
>Account Settings
>Facebook Adverts Tab

As well you can change your applications settings to limit what information is taken from your friends as well as given to your friends.

Your best bet is to keep searching your settings until you are satisfied with them.
