Will this use internet (iphone)?

I'm trying not to use internet on my phone because I only have so much until I reach the limit, so do game apps use it? Also, I have facebook and twitter set to send me notifications, does it use internet if I don't open them? Would I have to log off?

And also, I have the email app that came with the phone that updates me when I get an email. Would I have to log out of that?

Well what do you think if you have a computer and no Internet do you still get Facebook and twitter messages

yes it uses internet! try to connect to wifi.. and when youre connected to wifi it doesn't use your internet. i reccoment unlimited data with the iphone though because its really easy to use up

Anything that your phone does, with the exception of phone calls, and regular text messages, while not connected to wifi consumes your data usage. Doesn't matter if you view notifications or not, they're still being updated, this goes for games as well.

Yeah, it uses internet. I honestly think that you should just get a plan with internet. At the same time it depends on your job. If you are at work for 6 or 8 hours then don't bother. You can always check your hotmail at home right?
