How can I help the blurry vision in my eyes?

I have no idea what happened, I was just messaging my friend through Facebook when all of the sudden my eyesight became randomly blurry. I haven't been using it all day, or really around anything with a screen that much either. It's just really weird because of how random it was, but I'll admit that this has happened in the past before too. Once even at school. Does anyone have any possible reasons to what could've caused this? What should I do when it happens again? And should I see a doctor about it?

I think you should go to the doctor, and ask them about it. Or you need glasses, so maybe you need to go to the eye doctor possibly, if you do need any.

How long does it last?
Is it possible that drops for dry eyes might bring some relief?
I would try that first.

I can't advise you about seeing a doctor - I don't know enough.
But when my eyes are dry (like from staring at a screen) they get blurry.
