What do your facebook friends know about groups you have joined?
I am considering joining a group that deals with a controversial topic. I am not sure I want my facebook friends to know I am a member of the group. If I join the group, will that fact show up on my friends' news feed or on my mini-feed? Will my friends be able to see that I am a part of that group?

Yep they can easily because every activity which you performed got the wall post and by that your friends come to know about the activities.

Sure... Each updates that you are doing will reach your friends.. Also if you are joining a group means you can be allowed to invite them to join in that group.

Yes, they will be able to see it. Even if you delete it from your feed, it will appear on your page if they look at what groups you are in.

Yeah, it will show on your friends "News Feed", you can prevent them from seeing by adjusting your privacy settings.

they will know if posts by me is Enabled Under Privacy Settings if you Want to Make a Group and if you dont want it to be posted go to privacy settings and adjust that setting
