How do I undo the "Allow Access" Thing on facebook?

I was using this one application and I finished using it so I wanted to post it, I didn't notice that there was an ad I clicked continue and then I clicked "Allow access" but it was really for an ad, and it was a find someone single on facebook kind of ad! I was wondering how do you undo it? Any answers?

I mean for undoing the allow access thing on facebook.com, ya know when you click on "allow access" to open applications? I want to know how to undo that

Go to your list of applications (on my computer its on the bottom left of my screen, but I have a mac so yours may be different if you have a PC). Go to the list and click Edit Applications. Then you'll be able to delete/ remove any apps you don't want.
