Facebook small chat not showing up?

For some reason I noticed lately that on Facebook the chat thing on the bottom left is missing. (It's usually under Apps, and most of the above etc things.) It just says small pictures of people, and those that are online, not sure how to get that back or not, but I am not sure if it's me or facebook.

(Usually is you bring up the Chat sidebar thing, it removes the small thing on the left, and it comes back if you close the sidebar, but no matter if it's closed the small thing on the left never shows up)

Go to your browser Settings. Clear Cache and Delete Cookies.

you can minimize the sidebar, just click on the icon available on that bar.

It's happening to me too. I'm really used to it being there and now just seems naked.
