While I hate to say it, Facebook does offer that as an option! I have looked for answers for this for a long time in the past.

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update - they are now forcibly converting everyone slowly without your consent

Theres no way to remove Timeline apart from deleting your Facebook account.
