How do I Uninstall some Apps that came on my Android Phone?
I'm having space issues, but even if I wasn't, I'd want to remove apps that I don't need, such as Facebook and Gmail.
Phone is HTC Wildfire S

If the phone already came installed with those apps, you can't delete them then

You need to root the phone
Then download es file explorer from.playstore (its free)
Then open the app and go to setting and enable root browsing and mount the system
Then navigate to /system/app and delete away...be careful though some of that stuff you actually need
You can also navigate to /system/media and delete unwanted ringtones

Go to http://www.xda.com and look up your phone for more.info

They are locked to the phone. I have a Wildfire S and the space is really a big problem. Try going through your apps and deleting all the cache first. The only way I managed to get a sensible amount of space on mine was to root it (use tutorials found on Google to show you how) and put Link2SD on which forces removal of pointless system apps and forces other apps to be moved to the SD card to give you more phone storage.
