This is basically a 'Yes' or 'No' answer. I have Wi-Fi connection in my house, so does that mean I can use Facebook, PhotoBooth, Fluid, Pandora; etc UNLIMITEDLY?

Make sure your iPhone is connected to your Wifi network. If it isn't then you will be charged by your cell phone provider.
