Why do people create all these stupid groups on facebook? read details?

Hi, sometimes I think there's no point in such groups also. Although the reason why they make such groups is they feel its easier to get more numbers that way, instead of having to ask each person individually which can get annoying. Then if there's any friends numbers they don't have it gives them a chance to get those numbers. Although lots of times these groups are public and anyone can see all the numbers of the people on the wall which I think is very foolish.

oh i know people make dumb groups liek evil furby or iron ur money im like whats up with that? some groups are good like school groups like sports and grad class groups
