Did facebook make a new format for groups?

I just created a group on facebook and when i go to the group instead of the group's picture and information on the left it still shows my personal toolbar. It also doesn't show the list of tabs at the top of the group(wall, info, photos, etc.) Is this some new format or is this just some glitch?

It's new design of groups..........The design is almost identical to pages......You can't relate anything with the previous groups.
