o2 charging me for Internet costs?
O2 are charging me for internet costs even though I havnt gone on Internet or Internet apps et Facebook.I will be on my phone texting or taking photos and whatever untill this message comes up saying ...... " Good news you have paid £1 for Internet you get Internet untill midnight" (something like that) and then after a while it will go " you have used up all of your daily allowens of data today".How do you get this to stop all together.I might just change networks if so which network shall I join? Btw I have an iPhone 4.

IPhones have automatic access to the internet

Go to settings, and then to Wifi and then turn it off (not into airplane mode) - off.

Turn your 3g off in settings because your phone might be using locations and things

Turning 3g off only turns off the internet from the network and does not affect the wifi

Settings/General/Mobile Data . . . . Turn off your "Mobile Data" to stop all apps using data.

If you use iCloud then every photo you take is automatically uploaded and uses your allowance. The phone will also check for updates for apps and email if set up.

You would be best getting a data plan with an iPhone as without one it is a not so smart smartphone.

Ring 02 customer services and ask them the question. No one can advise you - you need to speak with them.
