Why can't I change my Twitter profile picture?
Hi, I've been experiencing problems with Twitter when I try to change my picture, because the "Browser" button does not appear. I researched about this, and my browser is up-to-date. I use Google Chrome, and I tried on different browsers like Mozilla and IE, but it won't work either. What can I do to fix this? Please help.

It looks like there is a problem with your IP address. Try logging in from a browsing center
