Can you change your name on Facebook?

...without closing your account and starting over?

I joined Facebook using only part of my full name; I was a bit nervous of using my real, full name. I'd now like to change, but don't want to lose the friends etc that I already have.

Still quite new to Facebook so don't really know how it works. Thanks for any help you can give

Go to your Account Settings page
Click on the Name section, type in your name, and save your changes
Note:
To help make sure that everyone uses their real name, Facebook limit the number of times you can change your name.

From my experience,I've 4 names and I couldn't changed but unless I make a new account.
