My Friends blew me off?

My friend moved to to another state and was coming back for halloween. So me and one of my other friends talked for about a month about meeting up at his house with our friend who had moved and go have fun. So yesterday he told me he would ether message me on Facebook, or call me to tell me when to show up. It never happend. I called his house and talked to his mom and she didn't know where he was. What should I say/do?

Try to wait it out and gently ask about it the next time you see him. He could have a good reason for blowing you off or it could have been an accident.
