How can i create a group of Facebook without showing i made it?

I want to create a Facebook group or page without people knowing i made it, is this possible??!!

I think there are 3 options, public, private, and another that should make it so people can't see that it was created

Well lets see... you really can't. The only way to get close to being able to do that is to make a fake account or make the group and the first person that joins, give them leader.
