How do I organize my facebook profile like this?

My friend has her facebook profile in like 3 categories. Her posts, her friend's posts on her wall and both of their posts. How do I do this?

Everyone's profile is organised that way. on your profile under the "share" button below that space where you type statuses, you'll see a button called "options". click it and you'll see.
