How will I see how my updates show on my friends news feed in Facebook?
View As in Timeline doesn't seem to show everything that my friends see, like who i added as friends and others. Is there a way for me to see everything my friends see about me in their news feed?

The reason your wall doesn't show everything your friends see is because it's generally accepted that you're aware of what you did at the time. Failing that, create a temporary account and friend yourself, log in to the other account and you'll see what your friends see.
