Can I use album art for my facebook profile?

I wanna put a Rise Against album cover as my facebook profile pic. That's shouldn't get my in any trouble right?
Yeah, I kno a stupid question, but they have that little checkbox that asks if I have the rights to use the pic.

u can it aint like rise against is gonna knocking on your door telling u that u owe them money for using it

Legally speaking, no you cannot. The album cover is considered the property of the band. Is anyone can make a big stink of you using it? Probably not. People use music videos and songs posted to places like youtube on their pages. I don't see it being a major issue.
