what to do with this girl who doesn't like me without causing trouble for others?

I'm far too old for this, long past school but in my social group there is one girl who just doesn't like me. I thought we were better friends once and after I had a severe brain injury and went through a lot of crap I did talk to her about my problems worries and fears. She decided she had enough but got quite mean about it. i find her two faced too. She can be quite nasty to me but then when anyone else is there is ott nice. Totally superficial. I have already knocked her off my facebook friends. But can I say to anyone else hat we just don't get on so well and can I ask her to drop the two faceness. We ALSO As a group we also all come together to get each other birthday presents but I don't really want to get anything from her anymore can I say this to her. I really don't want any drama but she drives me crazy. I have my problems and I am how I am as a result of my injury. If she doesn't like me fair enough but I can't change who I am and I don't think I should have to for one person. I can always be nice when I see her but I don't think i ma two faced and I would just rather we could get on for every onelses sake but drop the chipping in for each others gifts and I wish she just could say nothing than being extra sweet just because someone else is listening about anything that she has been anything but sweet to me about
we have talked by phone a few times its just a personality clash but when we are both friends with others its hard to know what to do

Basically, I'm through the same thing but in academy where you should know its a LOT worse. You should try to ignore her but we all know at a point no one can be fu.c.ked with that so at that point you have a few choices

1. Fight fire with fire be mean and two-faced back. Show her how much of a b!tch she really is.
2. Spread a rumor about her (nasty choice)
3. Have a fight with her (this actually works! It sounds like it doesn't but it does)
4. Tell her friends and they'll talk to her
5. Grit your teeth and bare with it

Don't tell her yourself that give her power, makes her feel good. Also if you tell her the end result for you won't be pretty.

Can you talk to her, one to one? Invite her for a coffee and get to the bottom of her hostility?

If not. I would advise arranging catch ups with others where she is not invited. If you have one person closer to you in the group than anyone else, why not talk to them about this. Ask their advice.
