I still don't have the new privacy settings on Facebook?

Hi,

I don't have the new privacy settings on Facebook, how do I get them? I have two profiles so I logged into one of them, the one I use far less often, and a small notification flag thing stuck out of the padlock and that presented me with the new settings. However, on my main facebook account when I click on the padlock nothing happens, and no flag protrudes from it so I don't see how I can gain access to the new privacy settings. I want them! HELP
