How do i get the ad choice commercials on my facebook wall off of my wall?

I have a laptop with Windows 7 and when I first go it I could use facebook just like normal and then after about a month of having it now when I get on facebook, about every 2 or 3 post on my wall theres an ad choice commercial thing and after I get about 5 or 6 of those videos it makes my computer freeze up and really slow. I was just wondering how I could get it to go away. Thank You all for your input!

Download Google Chrome, if you haven't already then go to the Chrome Web Store and search for 'adblock plus' add that to chrome, restart google chrome and the ads should be gone
