How to delete my profile picture on facebook timeline?

I can't delete my profile picture on facebook timeline and it really annoys me, what can i do to delete it?

R u talking about Fb profile pic i.e Display pic or Timeline cover picture? If u r talking about DP then go to ur profile,Place ur mouse cursor on the Display pic,a small tab will pop up saying 'Edit Picture'. u can see a small arrow beside it.click on it,u will se options like change the pic,,Edit thumbnail,,Remove etc. Hit on remove,Ur pic will get removed...If u r takling about Timeline cover picture,,place ur mouse on cover picture,, u u'll see small tab 'change cover picture' click it and do the same as changing profile pic.

On your facebook timeline. Point to your profile picture, then click edit profile picture, then choose remove.
