What does it mean if my horse is her profile picture?

On twitter, her instagram and facebook her profile picture's her feeding my horse carrots in the paddock, does that mean she likes me? With one hand she's patting my horse and with the other she's feeding her whie smiling at the camera does she like me?

You're reading far too much in this situation.
She was with your horse, looking after your horse and feeding her and was smiling for the camera because she's posing for the picture and is happy. She wasn't feeding you and she wasn't with you and it's normal to upload your picture on Facebook.

My profile picture is of myself and my best friend who's a guy acting silly and goofy, and it's my main picture and used to be my cover picture. Does it mean I like him? Nope, I don't. She may like you, hard to tell but from this scenario she doesn't.
