How do I get the new profile on Twitter?

In some profiles, I've seen that they have a different profile, similar to Facebook. I've been trying to figure out how do I get it. Does anybody know?

1/. Download the new app to your smartphone (iPhone/iPad or Android. Yes, you need the new download on your mobile device to make the changes that will show up on your web version.
2/. Once installed on your mobile device, open Twitter App,
3/. Select “Me” from the navigation bar.
4/. Select the Gear icon.
5/. Select “Edit profile”.
6/. Select the “Header” option.
7/. Select either an existing Photo from your library or take a new photo that will appear similar to the Facebook Timeline images are now.

I haven't seen any, nor was I aware that they were updating their profiles. The mobile app just had an update that made the profiles look different. If they update the website to the same effect it would be pretty cool, I like the new mobile update.
