How do I get automatic updates from groups I'm in on Facebook?

I have joined some groups on Facebook and I'd like to get automatic notification when someone posts in that group. How do I do that? And what is the best way to reach all the members of that group?

When you join any group if anything is updated in group a moderator of a group send you an email or a notification at facebook which showing update. The Best way to reach all the members is if you are an admin or an officer of a group you can message all members.
