I don't know how to respond...I've seen her have panic attacks before but her facebook wall is literally littered right now with songs from Secondhand Serenade (saddest songs ever!) and I'm not sure what's wrong. She never even uses swear/cuss words either, this is I'm pretty sure only her second facbeook post with the f word in it. what should i do??

be really positive and don't try to get all worked up. maybe a relative/ pet died or her mum and dad have split up....... just remember to be supportive!!

Hi Jenny,
I would definitly give a call and arrange to meet,
It sounds like she really needs a friend esp as its so out of character for her,
She will proberbly be glad for some one to talk too and its nice to know some one cares,
