facebook ads? how do i get rid of them?
I opened my facebook today to find a ton of ads everywhere, including on my timeline. They all say "ad not by facebook" so i don't know how to get rid of them. is this a new thing for everyone or did my account get hacked or something? also, a mass text was sent out to multiple friends of mine at school earlier, it was for some prize, but all i did was read it and delete it. did that cause this?

btw a great way to remove the normal ads on facebook is to install the FB Purity browser extension, its 100% safe & has lots of features for keeping your facebook clean:
