facebook ad using MY picture?
When i logged onto my facebook a few minutes ago, a few of my friends had informed me that my picture was being used as an advertisement for a dating site? i was 16 in the picture so i kinda find it creepy. and i dont even have the picture on my facebook? i've had fake profiles before though on both facebook and myspace. but still, are they profiting of my picture? and is that even legal to have my picture on that advertisement?
by the way, i'm a girl. it says tyler because its my fiances account. my mom said i can't sue them? so did some other people. but alot of people are telling me too. this is there terms & agreement and it says pretty clearly that you must be 18, yet there not even using an 18 year old's picture... http://www.zoosk.com/tos.php?from=footer Ads |

You could sue them and get money.
That is identity theft and without your consent they would not be able to use it. Call the police and explain it. Ads |

You send them a letter saying you want compensation or your gonna sue.
http://www.zoosk.com/support.php?from=help Just put in your information saying that you have a question about there advertisments(don't tell them they have your pic yet bc they might not reply) and that you need to contact them. |
