How do you change your Facebook privacy settings?

I want to change my settings so it'll be like this. Like if someone I don't have added as a friend and they go on my profile and they try to look at my info & photos and they get so & so only shares some of their information with everyone. If you know so & so. Send them a message or add them as a friend. How do I do that? Help.

On the main screen after you log in, click the drop down arrow, then click privacy settings. Then simply read the options and change/add/delete settings you do or do not need.
