Japanese translation -> 'いれなよ〜んで' (also sentence translation help pls)?

I have a Japanese friend on facebook, and I enjoy trying to work out what she says (hehe), however, I'm not sure what いれなよ〜んで means. I'm assuming that it's just いれなよんで, but sort of stretching out the 'yo' sound.. yeah. Anyway. I have no idea what 'yonde' means, either. Or 'Irenai'.

The sentence it was in was;
'早くプロフィール写真いれなよ〜んで、東京に来い'

- I don't know what it means because of both the 'hayaku' at the beginning (hurry/quickly something the profile pictures?) and the 'irenaiyo~nde'. I know that 東京に来い is come to Tokyo, but I don't know the rest of the sentence.

The replying sentence was;
'11/1 に東京行くよ。でも、日帰り。またゆっくりお邪魔するね'

- I know the beginning means that they're going to Tokyo on the 11/1.. but what does the rest mean? I assumed that でも、日帰り means 'But, for one day' or something similar (I'm not sure), and the rest I have no idea what it means.

"Quickly" is "速く" hayaku.
This "早く" hayaku is "soon" or "immediately."
The other "早く," as in "朝早く," means "early (in the morning)."

The sentence ends here.
Then, "んで" means "By the way."

"日帰り" means "one-day trip."
"またゆっくりお邪魔するね" means "next time, I'll stay longer."
