How long will my twitter account be suspended?

So I was on twitter and I kept tweeting the same tweet over and over, trying to help someone win a contest and then I got suspended for spamming i guess. :/ I got an E-mail to fill out a form so I did and then I replyed to the email but I still haven't gotten a reply and It is still suspended! Its been like this for almost 2 days When will I get my twitter back?! And if I do get it back, will I still have all my followers?! Thanks(:

There is no specific time, sorry. Suspensions on Twitter work a lot like they do here - they last until you appeal and win.

Twitter says: "To expedite your appeal process, please be sure to note that your account is currently suspended. If your account was suspended for aggressive following behaviors, you'll need to confirm that you've removed all prohibited following automation from your account, and will stop any manual aggressive following behavior. You can find information on following automations and permitted following behaviors on the Following Best Practices help page."
