When SomeOne Message Me Ill Reply & What I Said Always Pops Up As A Tweet ? Do people see it does my twitter suppose to do that.

No direct messages are exactly that, directly sent to the person's inbox. What you're doing is responding to a tweet that someone mentioned you in.
